2. Products

All products are handcrafted leather goods, made entirely by hand in Paris.

Each piece may present slight variations due to the artisanal process and the natural characteristics of the materials. These variations are inherent to the work and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

3. Orders

Orders are placed via direct contact (website form or email).

An order is confirmed only after:

• acceptance of a quotation

• payment of the required deposit

By confirming an order, the client fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).

Shipping costs are specified in the quotation.

Prices may be adjusted at any time. The applicable price is the one confirmed in the quotation.

 

5. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the order.

The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.

Payments are made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

 

6. Production and Lead Time

All pieces are made to order in the Paris workshop.

Production times are provided as an indication and may vary slightly depending on the nature of the work.

 

7. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the client.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Risk transfers to the client upon delivery.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers may benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period.

However, this right does not apply to goods made to order or personalized according to the customer’s specifications.

All pieces offered by Point. À la ligne are handcrafted upon order and may be customized (including choice of color and signature stitching details).

As a result, once the order has been confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

 

9. Returns

For standard items (if applicable), returns may be accepted within the legal timeframe, provided that the item is:

• unused

• in perfect condition

• returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the client.

 

10. Warranty

Products are covered by legal warranties in accordance with applicable law.

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use is not considered a defect.

 

11. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, creations, texts, and images remain the exclusive property of Point. À la ligne.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
