The collection draws inspiration from Josef Albers’ squares, where each nuance alters the whole. The same tension runs through Cadence: rigor and freedom, structure and vibration, control and movement held in equilibrium.
The woven works of Anni Albers and Olga de Amaral resonate through its surfaces and constructions. Composition becomes spatial. Light, material, and volume interact. Architecture is present without being declared — in the way forms are built, in the dialogue between curves and angles, in the clarity of a resolved line. Then come the pauses. The intervals. The quiet moments that give meaning to the whole.
